What is your return policy?

We only offer replacements for products that are damaged during shipping. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons like change of mind or not liking the product. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days and provide a mandatory unboxing video as proof.

How long will it take to receive my order?

First, we take 2-4 business days to process your order. After that, standard delivery takes an estimated 7 to 10 business days. Please note that public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not counted in this timeframe.

Do you offer urgent/express shipping?

Yes. If you need faster delivery, please contact us at contact@lotusvastra.in right after placing your order. We will inform you about the additional charges for rapid delivery (which uses services like air freight) and will only proceed after your confirmation.

Are the colors of the products on the website accurate?

We make every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting during photography, and monitor calibration, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen will be an exact match to the actual product color.

Do the sarees come with a blouse piece?

Yes, all our sarees come with an attached, unstitched blouse piece. The fabric and design of the blouse piece are mentioned in the product description.

How should I care for my saree or lehenga?

To ensure the longevity of your garment, we highly recommend dry cleaning only for the first wash. For subsequent washes, a gentle hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water is suitable for most fabrics. Avoid machine washing and direct sunlight when drying.
