1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. During this time, we will contact you for a final order confirmation and also share a packing video for your assurance.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Standard Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timeframe: Once your order is processed and dispatched, you can expect delivery within 7 to 10 business days.

Important: Public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not considered business days and will not be counted in the delivery timeframe.

This delivery window is an estimate and may vary based on your location and unforeseen courier delays.

3. Urgent Delivery Requests

If you need your order delivered faster than our standard timeframe, you can contact us at contact@lotusvastra.in right after placing your order to request an upgrade. Our team may also reach out to you to confirm your delivery preferences.

Please be aware that rapid delivery will involve additional charges. This is because it requires the use of premium courier services (such as air freight). We will inform you of the extra cost and will only proceed with the expedited shipment after receiving your confirmation.
