At Lotus Vastra, we are committed to ensuring product quality and your satisfaction. To maintain transparency, please review our policy below.

Order Confirmation & Shipping

  • Pre-shipping Confirmation: We will contact you to confirm your order details before it is dispatched.
  • Packing Video: For your assurance, we share a video of your specific order being packed before shipment.

Replacements for Damaged Products

We only accept replacement requests for products damaged during shipping.

Please Note: We DO NOT offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide a replacement for a verified damaged product.

  • Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Mandatory Proof of Damage: To process a replacement claim, you must provide a continuous, un-edited unboxing video showing the package being opened and the damaged product. This is required for your safety and to verify the claim. Along with the video, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • Return Authorization: After reviewing your evidence, we will provide a return authorization and instructions if the claim is approved.
  • Replacement Dispatch: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and dispatch your replacement product.

Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept returns or provide replacements for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind.
  • Dislike of the product's color, fabric, or design upon receipt.
  • Any product that has been used, worn, washed, or altered.
  • Damage caused by improper handling or care by the customer.
